It’s Friday! TGIF. The past few weeks have been really strange, and I’d like to talk about it more at some point on the blog, but it will have to wait a bit!
Lately we’ve had a spell of cooler weather which as you can see in my photos- I am SO PUMPED ABOUT. It may have only been 60-ish degrees this past week but I threw this tunic sweater on without a second thought.

I am just so excited for all things fall- sweaters, chilly weather, pumpkin bread, you name it. I’m ready. This weekend I have a long run (11 miles) and then I’m planning to tackle some house projects I have been putting off for way too long. You guys…I might have some nightstand drawers that I haven’t finished painting sitting in our office for the past month. Whoops.
Our beach trip is coming up very quickly too, and I am so excited! Brock and I have never had a trip where we all we got to do is relax, so I almost can’t comprehend that it’s actually going to happen. I’m going to miss the cats and pup, though. The Air BnB we are staying at is hosted by this lovely older couple and they have cats though, so at least I’ll still be around some feline companions, ha!

I actually had a “me time” weekend. Where I tried to spend as much time with myself as I could. I know that sounds vain, but girl it’s always good to love and appreciate yourself. You have to teach people how to treat you and this is one way to do it. I absolutely love the sweater but not wanting sweater weather to come just yet lol. Love the look on you as always girl.
