I’m sorry for the delay in posting! I just feel like time get aways from me so quickly these days, especially with my running schedule. On Saturday I ran 10 miles, which is my longest run to date! It was so difficult. I woke up at 7, which was my first mistake, and it was incredibly humid and hot. The last 3 miles were the hardest, and I was just drenched in sweat. I dragged myself those last few miles and I was pretty lazy the rest of the weekend.

Lately I’ve been trying to keep myself really busy in order to not feel so sad/tired, and I guess it’s working! Brock always pushes me to do the things I love doing, even if I get annoyed…I appreciate that he still does it. I did some hand lettering for my friend this weekend who is getting married in April and I really enjoyed it. Sometimes all you need is a little reminder to do the things you love. It can be easy to get caught up in work and all the little things that life throws at you. It’s hard to remind yourself to jump back into painting or drawing when you sit in front of a computer all day and when you get home you just want to veg out with Netflix.

  1. 10 miles? That’s awesome! Something to be really proud of ❤ 🙂 & I agree that staying busy definitely helps when you're feeling down. I'm glad to hear you've been doing that! Personally, I like painting or going for a walk outdoors to break the monotony of my days.
